By spring 2009, ASTM Business Unit (Advanced Services for Telcos & Media) produced a report about Massively Multiplayer Online (MMO), Free-to-Play (F2P) and Pay-to-Play (P2P), in Europe with focus over country market. Scope was about environment MMO games, value chain, players sheets and offers scoring.
We wish to delight that we discover thanks to our calculations over one major F2P player compared to one major P2P player: average revenues par user (ARPU) are quite similar! That doesn’t mean it’s the case for all players obviously but it’s really surprising for these two players. More details with file enclosed and more information by email.
