MTc@re allows its customers the access to its on-line services. In addition to the on-line securised payment of invoices, it allows also to have access to added value services like on line registration, consultation of detailed invoices and subscription for packages of services.
The next MTc@are version must offer new functionalities such as the notification of electronic messages, downloading of detailed communications at Excel format for professional customers, and for end-user, on-line purchase of the subscription to the Mauritius Telecom products and services.
For Mauritius Telecom, this portal represented a new distribution channel and, for its customers, an additional flexibility in their relations with their telco.
