Created in August 1992, Sofrecom Argentina proposes innovative high-tech solutions for the telecoms, IT, banking, insurance and automobile industries. 

Specializing in the design and deployment of solutions for large and mid-size Argentinean companies, Sofrecom Argentina has the resources needed to manage very large, complex projects in a wide range of business sectors. The South American customers of Sofrecom Argentina and Sofrecom Group are served by 700 consultants and experts providing strategic consultancy, marketing, network engineering and IT services.

Sofrecom Argentina earned ISO 9001 certification in 1999 and it is certified CMMI – DEV V1.3 Level 5 since November 2011.

About Alejandro Garcia

Alejandro Garcia joined Sofrecom Argentina early in his career in 1995. He held there various senior positions such as: IT and infrastructure Project Manager, Sales Manager, Corporate Business Manager... before taking over directorship in 2019.

Since 2006, Alejandro has held several sales management positions within the Sofrecom Argentina Group and worldwide in the Spanish-speaking market and has been actively contributing to the development of the subsidiary.

He has been Head of the Business Unit in charge of developing network offers with the DWDM technology, rolling out the backbones of Argentina’s main telecom operators, with the implementation of more than 20000Km of fiber optic.

Sofrecom Argentina, which has been present for more than 25 years among the various players of the Latin American market, is well known for the value added brought to its customers provided by technological solutions within the IT and telecommunications sectors, B2B market.

Before joining Sofrecom Argentina, Alejandro Garcia studied electrical engineering, project management, marketing and management. He served in senior roles in the CIPE-ITBA, Pirelli Cables and Telecom Argentina companies.
