In a context where societal engagement and professional integration are becoming major challenges for large organizations, it is essential to structure and highlight actions promoting equal opportunities. This project aims to enhance the coherence, impact, and visibility of professional integration initiatives at the national level, while fostering synergy among various stakeholders. The Client’s Needs
Faced with the proliferation of initiatives related to professional integration and equal opportunities, our client sought a structured framework to optimize these actions. The objectives were to:
- Clarify the scope of intervention by integrating all relevant stakeholders: companies, associations, foundations, public institutions, etc.
- Formalize and precisely define the engagement axes in the field of professional integration, linked to equal opportunities.

Sofrecom’s Methodology
To address these challenges, Sofrecom deployed a structured, collaborative, and iterative approach, centered on co-construction and detailed analysis of existing actions. The methodology includes several key phases:
- In-depth diagnosis: Conducting video conference interviews with a representative panel of 36 actors from various entities to gather perspectives and analyze the current situation.
- Co-creation workshops: Organizing three participatory workshops to identify and structure priority engagement axes, encouraging contributions from all stakeholders.
- Partnership evaluation: Holding three dedicated meetings to analyze existing collaborations, identify potential synergies, and optimize partnerships.
- Regular follow-up and adjustments: Monthly meetings with the core team to validate deliverables, refine strategies, and ensure coherent progress throughout the project.
- Mapping and formalization: Developing a shared vision of the scope covered by actions, with clear formalization of engagement axes to guide advocacy and future partnerships.
