For example, thanks to our team of Sofrecom volunteers, we regularly welcome high-school students on day visits to learn about what we do.

Through our projects, we contribute to the social development of the countries in which we operate by facilitating women’s access to technical jobs. For example, 31% of workers hired to deploy the Backbone project in Sub-Saharan Africa and 47% of our engineers in North Africa are women.

In 2016, Sofrecom celebrated its 50th anniversary. Fifty years supporting innovation and the transformation of more than 200 clients in the telecommunications sector, notably operators, governments and regulators in a wide variety of environments.
In this industry that has to cope with uninterrupted technical, technological, economic and societal evolutions, we owe our exceptional longevity to our customers.
