The South African integrator has announced the launch of Managed Services for Visual Communications, aimed at global organisations. Dimension Data is now able to offer companies a global video management solution.
The functionalities of this new service have not, as yet, been unveiled. Terry Cwyer, Director of Visual Communications, says that the service must however comply with the “golden two minutes” rule. This equates to the maximum amount of time that can be spent getting the service to work if you are to secure user adoption. DiData therefore hopes to stimulate the adoption of visual communications among end users and accelerate the return on investment for these solutions.
