Customer satisfaction has always been a high priority for Sofrecom. Long ago the company adopted a continuous improvement program that has led to certifications based on international standards: CMMI, ISO 9001 and Ethic Intelligence.
In 2013, in order to further improve quality of service for IT customers and to better control its operational performance, Sofrecom set to work to strengthen its organization and processes with the aim of obtaining CMMI level 3 certification for its IT activities in France and Morocco. This it did in December 2013 following a favorable decision by the CMMI Institute.
CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) for development work focuses on good practices relating to product and service development. It covers all practices relating to product life cycles, from design to delivery and maintenance. By placing the accent on the work necessary to build and maintain the entire product, it aims to improve processes to make sure they lead to high-quality products and services that fully meet customer and end-user needs.
Sofrecom's CMMI certification is an additional guarantee of the quality of its services, complementing its traditional high-level expertise (for example, many Sofrecom experts have quality certifications such as ITIL and PMI). It makes Sofrecom a member of the very exclusive club of CMMI-3 certified international IT service and development specialists.
