Challenge: Digitalizing administrative procedures in Morocco
The Moroccan Ministry of Equipment, Transport, and Logistics develops and implements the government’s policies in the road, port, rail, and maritime sectors. As part of its digital transformation strategy, the ministry sought to digitalize its procedures. It entrusted Sofrecom with the study, development, and technical assistance for the implementation of the digitalization system.
Methodology: Analysis, design, and development of modules for the information system
To carry out this project, we assigned a team of experts to the ministry’s IT department. These experts analyzed the specifications and user needs, defined general specifications, performed detailed design and module development, and integrated them into the ministry’s information system. Our experts also supported the ministry’s teams in the design and development of the modules they were responsible for.
Result: Efficient online services for citizens and cost savings
The Moroccan Ministry of Equipment, Transport, and Logistics now offers efficient online services that facilitate and expand citizens’ access to the ministry’s services, contribute to their satisfaction, and generate cost savings.
