Ministerial Recognition
In June, the Moroccan Ministry of Employment and Social Affairs awarded the Professional Equality Certificate to Sofrecom Services Maroc, the Moroccan subsidiary of the Sofrecom Group.
SSM is especially proud of this achievement, as only 19 companies received the certificate out of 34 that applied for this first edition.
This initiative stems from the Ministry’s ambition to make gender equality a national priority for Morocco’s economic and social development.
A Pillar of Sofrecom’s CSR Policy
The Professional Equality Certificate reflects Sofrecom’s strong commitment to diversity and equal opportunity, both core elements of its CSR policy.
This distinction highlights Sofrecom’s proactive approach to promoting diversity across all its locations, in line with the commitments made to AFNOR following the Diversity Label obtained in July 2015 in France.
Locally, this certification positions Sofrecom Services Maroc as a leading employer in Morocco, by promoting best practices and showcasing its gender equality policy.
The success of this project is the result of strong involvement from Sofrecom’s Executive Management, as well as the Human Resources, Communication, and Finance teams in Vincennes and Rabat.
It also reflects the belief that supporting both women and men equally—through inclusion, training, promotion, development, and fair compensation—is a powerful lever to grow our business, enhance our performance, and drive sustainable growth in Morocco and beyond.
