Challenge: Rapid deployment of a standardized multi-subsidiary BI solution

Our client aimed to implement a standardized Business Intelligence (BI) solution across several international subsidiaries in less than six months, with controlled costs. This solution was designed to support commercial and financial management in each subsidiary and standardize data processing at the corporate level.

Methodology: Deployment and integration of the ORCA solution

In partnership with Krill, Sofrecom implemented the ORCA solution. Our teams handled the integration, deployment, and maintenance of the BI software, ensuring it met the specific needs of the subsidiaries’ commercial and financial departments.

Result: Centralized management and optimized analytics

The solution provides centralized access to all company data sources (sales, invoices, accounting, etc.), generates dashboards, analyses, and reports, and offers an easy-to-use tool that simplifies daily operations management based on KPIs defined by users.
