Professionals in a modern meeting room, illustrating the recruitment challenges in the digital sector.

What are the recruitment prospects at Sofrecom Services Morocco?

We operate in a very dynamic and growing market, driven by strong demand from European countries.
IT engineers are in high demand, particularly for application development and for expertise related to customer knowledge and experience.

Our clients, mainly based abroad, continue to request qualified and agile engineers from us on a regular basis.

What profiles are you looking for?

To meet the needs of our clients, we welcome experienced men and women who are motivated by the technical and professional development opportunities we offer.

We are fortunate to work for telecom operators who are pioneers in the digital world. The projects they bring us are innovative both in customer experience and in the technologies used.

What would the ideal candidate look like?

We are an international company. Our ideal candidate is open to other cultures, knows how to challenge themselves, and is agile and curious.

Eager for intellectual and technical development, they love their work.

The digital sector is highly competitive, and companies are fighting over talent. What makes Sofrecom different?

At Sofrecom Services Morocco, our employees grow in a human-sized environment that fosters intellectual enrichment and collaboration.
They also get the opportunity to work for major international digital players and to contribute to Morocco’s digital transformation.
We have strong references in e-government, collaborating on the modernization of Moroccan public administration.

Morocco trains thousands of engineers each year. Do you think young graduates are ready for the job market?

Internships provide essential first professional experiences that help graduates enter the job market.
We are highly involved with universities and engineering schools, multiplying exchanges between academia and industry.

Each year, we welcome several final-year interns and have signed multiple partnerships with various schools to support students and ease their integration into the professional world.

Beyond these academic initiatives, are there other efforts to support employability?

Yes. We recently signed a cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Industry, Investment, Trade and Digital Economy, the Caisse de Dépôt et de Gestion, and the National Agency for the Promotion of Employment and Skills.

Together with four other digital service companies, we’re creating an IT development training center at Casanearshore, to significantly increase the number of qualified developers in Morocco.

Through this center, our aim is to improve the employability and professional integration of IT graduates in Morocco by offering certified and complementary training.
