Challenge: Fixed and Broadband Convergence for Innovation and Agility

Our customer embarked on a fixed and broadband internet convergence initiative to offer innovative products and services. This was coupled with the ambition to adopt a customer-centric approach and an agile, responsive posture to reduce both Time-to-Market and service delivery times.

Methodology: OSS/BSS Integration and Centralized Architecture

Sofrecom, in collaboration with a local partner, provided and integrated into the existing IT system an OSS/BSS solution for fixed and broadband data services (xDSL, Fiber, etc.). We designed and deployed a national architecture, notably migrating 34 sites to a secure centralized instance.

Result: Increased Customer Satisfaction and Optimized Billing

The transformation project significantly improved customer knowledge and satisfaction through reliable tools and efficient reporting. Centralized operations now enable billing for 10 million customers in under 48 hours—a performance that facilitates the launch and management of new services and bundled offers.
