The law of September 5, 2018 for the freedom to choose one's professional future (n°2018-771, article 104, France) provides for the obligation for companies, under conditions of headcount and timeframe, to calculate each year indicators relating to pay gaps between women and men and the actions implemented to eliminate them according to the methods and methodology defined by decree n° 2019-15 of January 8, 2019.

For the indicators measured over the year 2021, Sofrecom obtains an overall score of 87 out of 100 points, including:

Indicator 1 : Gender pay gap - score 37/40

Indicator 2 : Difference in the rate of individual increases - score 20/20

Indicator 3: Difference in promotion rate - score 15/15

Indicator 4: percentage of employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave - score 15/15

Indicator 5: number of employees of the under-represented gender in the top 10 highest paid - score 0/10
