2024 Professional equality index

The French law of September 5, 2018 for people's freedom to choose their own professional future (n°2018-771, article 104, France) requires companies, subject to headcount and timetable conditions, to annually calculate gender pay gap statistics and actions undertaken in order to reduce them, based on terms and conditions defined by decree n° 2019-15 of January 8, 2019.

For the 2023 figures, Sofrecom received an overall score of 85 out of 100 points.
