Sofrecom Morocco participates in a pilot internship program with the OTI network to support student recruitment and youth employability

Sofrecom Services Morocco launches a pilot initiative in partnership with the OTI-HOMERe network (High Opportunity in the Mediterranean for the Recruitment of Top Graduates) to recruit interns from Moroccan universities, with potential employment opportunities.

To mark the 10th anniversary of the OTI network (Opportunities in Information Technologies), the HOMERe Consortium organized a networking event in which Sofrecom Services Morocco participated, bringing together companies, Euro-Mediterranean universities, and local authorities. The central topic of discussion was the internship as a key driver for employment in the Mediterranean region.

Internships benefit both students and companies. For students, it often represents their first real professional experience, helping them develop valuable skills and gain insight into the business world. It also allows them to start building a network — and potentially secure their first job.

Internships serve as a gateway to working life and can be highly valuable for companies as well, which have the opportunity to identify and train their future talents at an early stage.

At Sofrecom Services Morocco, we share this vision and are committed to making it a reality.

A pilot experience strengthening collaboration with the OTI-HOMERe network is currently underway, aiming to recruit interns from Moroccan universities with the possibility of future employment. This initiative reinforces SSM’s commitment to youth employability and complements the various agreements already established over the years between Sofrecom Services Morocco and the country’s top engineering and business schools.
