As part of a study tour, MEDZ, a key player in territorial development in Morocco, welcomed a delegation of around thirty students and alumni from ESSEC-Paris on Thursday, May 25.
This visit aimed to raise awareness among students about Morocco’s territorial development and allowed them to meet various stakeholders in the country's economic development: Bouregreg Agency, CRI, Urban Agency, UIR, and Rabat Aménagement.
An immersion into Morocco’s development dynamics
In this context, a visit to Sofrecom Services Maroc — considered a major player in offshoring and ICT in Morocco — was organized at the request of MEDZ.
- The HR team welcomed the delegation for a presentation of Sofrecom’s strategic projects.
- Presentations by Sofrecom speakers highlighted the strong expertise of the teams in key topics such as digital innovation in the retail sector.
- The session concluded with a discussion on Sofrecom’s role in the development of offshoring in Morocco.
An inspiring visit and promising exchanges
Students expressed their enthusiasm and interest in repeating the experience, especially by visiting the new Sofrecom site in Casa Nearshore.
