Professional Gender Equality Index 2026: Sofrecom scores 93 out of 100 based on 2025 data

Sofrecom scores 93/100 on the 2026 Professional Equality Index, reflecting its commitment to gender equality.


The law of September 5, 2018, for the freedom to choose one's professional future (n°2018-771, Article 104, France) mandates that companies, depending on their size and schedule, calculate annually indicators related to pay gaps between women and men and the actions implemented to eliminate them, according to modalities and a methodology defined by Decree No. 2019-15 of January 8, 2019.


For the indicators measured in 2025, Sofrecom achieved an overall score of 93 out of 100 points.

 

  • Indicator 1: Pay gap between women and men – score obtained: 38/40
  • Indicator 2: Gap in individual salary increase rates (excluding promotions) between women and men – score obtained: 20/20
  • Indicator 3: Gap in promotion rates between women and men – score obtained: 15/15
  • Indicator 4: Percentage of employees who received a salary increase within the year following their maternity leave – score obtained: 15/15
  • Indicator 5: Number of employees of the underrepresented gender among the top 10 highest earners – score obtained: 5/10
