Challenge: Mobile and web application for consulting road traffic violations in Morocco

As part of the "Digital Morocco" program aimed at promoting e-government and facilitating administrative procedures and citizens’ access to information, the Moroccan Ministry of Equipment, Logistics, and Transport commissioned Sofrecom to develop a mobile and web application for consulting road traffic violations.

Methodology: Android, iOS, and HTML5 development with training and testing

Our team identified user needs and derived functional and technical specifications. They then developed the application for Android, iOS, and HTML5 platforms, carried out acceptance testing, and provided training to the ministry’s future administrators.

Result: Free digital tool to track violations and driving license points

Users now have a simple and reliable tool to consult their traffic violations, point balances, and any other information related to road offenses in accordance with the Moroccan Highway Code. Available in both Arabic and French for Android, iOS, and Windows Phone, the "Traffic Violations" application is free to download on Google Play and the Apple Store.
