Methodology: Marketing and Technical Study to Design Tailored Offers
To meet this need, Sofrecom based its methodology on both a marketing study and a technical study: market analysis and trends, segmentation of the existing and potential market, and the creation of a service catalog. Some offers could be bundled into packages such as “Essential” for start-up and basic backup, “Silver” for a supervised OS, and “Gold” for a fully managed OS.
Result: Scalable and Secure Solution Compliant with ASIP Standards
The proposed solution provides secure data hosting (ASIP standard). Data access and exchanges are secured with optional encryption. Offer configurations are customizable, and contracts and payments can be completed online, in self-service mode if the B2B client wishes. Usage-based billing is also available.
