Compliance & Ethics
Wishing to respect ethics rules, fight corruption and work to defend the environment, Sofrecom has made ethics a priority. In 2010 it became the first Orange entity to obtain Ethics certification - issued by the independent agency "Ethic Intelligence International" - attesting the compliance of all its practices and activities with international ethics standards.
Sofrecom has defined and implemented an Ethics Program (guidance, sales force training, etc.) and a common framework for daily action for and between its employees, and as regards clients and competitors, and more broadly, its environment.
This framework which brings solid guarantees for customers is available : Ethical charter.
In accordance with its Ethics Program and Orange's Ethics and Anti-Corruption policy, Sofrecom has defined anti-corruption action principles that should be applied by all Sofrecom Group employees including those in affiliates.
An e-learning version of the e-RESIST tool has been provided for all its employees. This tool was jointly developed by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), United Nations Global Compact, Transparency International and the World Economic Forum.
Sofrecom is certified Ethic & Intelligence since 2012. It certifies the conformity of all Sofrecom’s practices and activities to international ethics standards.
In view of our desire to align with the ethics rules promoted by the OECD and to combat corruption, and taking into account the nature of our business environment, we have made business ethics a priority.
The principals of the Group's Professional Ethics Charter are summarized in our Ethical Practices Guide which informs staff and helps them act with integrity in their dealings with customers, shareholders, suppliers and partners.
