On joining Sofrecom, you will attend an integration seminar at which you will discover the company and its strategy and challenges. We attach great importance to the careers of our employees. A substantial 5% of our payroll cost is allocated to training every year.

2 - Experienced

Conduct missions involving several fields of expertise
Develop expertise in new fields

3 - Senior

Supervise missions, studies or projects involving several fields of expertise
Manage consultant teams during missions
Manage customer relations

4 - Manager

Manage missions, studies and projects involving any field of expertise
Manage mission budgets
Manage customer relations
Drive the creation of new offers and promote them
Negotiate proposals

5 - Senior manager

Be an active player in the development strategy of Business Unit (as a CODIR member)
Achieve turnover objectives and defend margins
Recruit, train and manage consultants
Develop partnerships with customers and suppliers
Represent Business Units
