The project was run in tree major steps:
The first one was to realise a benchmark on online administrative services on an international scale and to analyse the situation of the electronic administrative ecosystem in Tunisia.
Then, Sofrecom provided strategic orientations regarding the services to be put online including organisational aspects, technological options, administrative procedures, legal agreements, associated with a cost and profit analysis.
Finally, Sofrecom prepared a detailed action plan with a view to carrying the services out and integrating them in the Tunisian government web portal.
Thus, Sofrecom has contributed to the modernisation of the Tunisian administration in order to develop the dematerlisation of services and enable easier access for companies and citizens.
