This mission involves all stages of an Information System re-design project:
Compilation of requirements; Drafting of specifications and RFPs; Facilitation of workshops to express needs with the business lines; Architecture studies; Assistance in validating project milestones (functional and technical specifications, test phases, etc.).
Consultants are experts in BSS and OSS solutions (BSCS, Zsamart, ... etc.) and UML, BPMN, and TMforum standards.
Their interpersonal and writing skills, their analytical and summarizing skills and their autonomy are assets for carrying out consulting missions with high-level contacts.
5 years of higher education (what field?), IS Project Management Support consultants must have significant experience in projects such as:
- Implementation of CRM,
- unified order taking,
- convergent billing,
- incident management,
- activation and provisioning,
- payment platform, ….
They are able to work in multicultural environments.
They are willing to undertake business trips abroad.
