Insertion of young people: by enabling them to enrich their school or university courses with a first recognized work experience through part-time or full-time projects. This allows them to see at first hand Sofrecom's expertise on key activities in the "digital revolution".
Employment of seniors: including special recruiting arrangements, improvement of working conditions and end-of-career schemes to smooth the transition between activity and retirement.
Handicap: during the "Hangagement Week", Sofrecom encourages its personnel to participate in a day of discovery and awareness of handicaps. This event is organized by Horizon 2000, an association whose goal is to explain and demystify employee handicaps.
Sofrecom also supports the international "Special Olympics" organization which drives the social integration of people with intellectual disabilities through sporting activities.
