Skills development: a key component of our human resources policy

Customer satisfaction is our prime objective. Our customers expect Sofrecom's people to have very high level know-how. Our business is demanding: in every type of project we have to be up-to-date on latest progress in telecommunications.

On joining Sofrecom, you will attend an integration seminar at which you will discover the company and its strategy and challenges. You will be initiated in the main methods that are an important part of our know-how. You will meet the players of our "Know-how Network" of which you in turn will become a member.

Our training programs will give you a complete view of the telco value chain and enable you to control your own development and efficiency. They cover four main areas:

- fundamentals of the telecoms consultancy business

- support for international projects
- personal development and professional efficiency
- development of a common language and corporate culture

We attach great importance to the careers of our employees. A substantial 5% of our payroll cost is allocated to training every year.

At Sofrecom training resolutely becomes the key to your career development.
