Orange, Divona make best technical bid for Tunisian licence

Tunisia’s ministry of communications has selected a bid from France Telecom and Tunisian VSAT operator Divona for a 15-year fixed and mobile telecommunications licence.
The Divona/Orange-France Telecom consortium, which was in competition with Turkcell and three local backers, presented the best technical offer, according to the ministry’s statement.
