Togo Telecom – geographic information system G.vision
Sofrecom signed an important contract at Togo for the acquisition of a Geographical Information System for the design and management of the network infrastructure of Togo Telecom to replace the CARL product developed and operated by Sofrecom in 1998.
The new G.vision system is based on ESRI’s range of products; worldwide leader for geographical information systems editing and Sofrecom’s partner.
G.vision offers more possibilities that the previous system, that is to say: requests, geographical continuity, single databases, marketing and its interface is much more user-friendly. G.vision’s functionalities deal with network operation and geomarketing and cover all the operator fields: marketing, sales, network…
The contract signed with Togo Telecom also included supply, set-up, training and assistance at the start-up of the system, the global solution’s guarantee as well as the related softwares.
