Sofrecom receives the ethical certification
Following an independent audit conducted by the firm SGS, Ethic Intelligence International has certified that all of Sofrecom’s practices and activities comply with international ethics standards.
In 2008, in light of Sofrecom’s business environment, Sofrecom’s Board decided to make ethics a key priority, in order to align with OECD ethics guidelines and to renforce anti-corruption measures.
That is the reason why it has adapted the Group’s Ethics Charter to create an Ethical Practices Guide specifically applicable to all Sofrecom’s entities and subsidiaries. This document outlines the broad principles guiding all actions involving customers, shareholders, employees, suppliers and partners. It provides the major elements to make the right choices in all circumstances and to act with integrity.
Furthermore, a specific ethics training plan has been created for Board members, and all managers and commercial staff.
This certification reaffirms Sofrecom’s attachment to OECD ethics rules and its determination to prevent all forms of corruption.
