Orange Ivory Coast - improvement of the mobile network QoS
With the arrival of the competition, the quality of service has now become a crucial criteria for operators who wish to increase customer loyalty among their subscribers.
Within the framework of the project to improve Orange mobile network quality of service, Sofrecom has set up a team of three radio experts composed of:
- 2G radio optimiser
- nationwide PDH transmission optimiser
- radio designer in charge of re-designing the City of Abidjan
An important feature of the services provided was the transfer of know-how to local teams of Orange Ivory Coast who continue to benefit from their enhanced skills.
These following services have been monitored through a BSS audit, a transfer of know-how in relation with the local department chief, "QPM - quality, performance, management," making a second 2G radio optimiser + GPRS Edge available as well as a project manager for implementing an NGN network.
