Less than a year after its arrival in Vietnam, Sofrecom has won an assistance contract with the Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC). Sofrecom will manage assistance projects created by the MIC’s Project Management Unit (PMU) to support the Ministry’s restructuring and to train its personnel.
