CTM – “Consulting in Technologies & Management” – is a company specialised in helping administrations and Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) develop usage of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs).

The company was founded in 2003 and has offices in France, Morocco and Tunisia. It has acquired an international experience in France, Poland, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Mauritania and Jordan , on projects ranging from strategic analyses to ICT project management, and for a variety of clients, from public-sector administrations to large private-sector accounts.
